How much do you charge for consultation services?
Our rates vary depending on the services involved and the size of the project. At a client's request and where possible, advance fee estimates will be provided for all tasks and projects. You will always be quoted a firm rate before we begin work. For post-sale technical assistance our base rate is $150 per hour. For accounting services our base rate is $100 per hour. For business consulting services our base rate is $125 per hour. Discounts are provided to clients purchasing blocks of time 10 hours or longer.

Our on-site support is designed for customers that prefer a 'hands-on' approach. We will have our consultant visit your site to help you with your accounting software needs - consultation, training, installation or trouble-shooting. On short notice, we can have an experienced consultant at your doorstep.

How do you charge for your on-site support?
If you do not have an annual maintenance contract with our company, we charge by hourly rate for on-site support. Our rates vary depending on the services involved and the size of the project. At a client's request, and where possible, advance fee estimates will be provided for all tasks and projects. You will always be quoted a firm rate before we begin work. Our hourly base rate is $150 SingaporeDollars (working from 8am to 6pm). Discounts are provided to clients purchasing 3 or more hours.

How much do you charge for installation services?
A first time installation is done free of charge for all customers. Transport fee is charged on round trip basis. Subsequent request for re-installation will be charged as per on-site support charges as mentioned above regardless of existing maintenance contract

All version purchased will come with training video discs. Costs of most accounting software are merely a CD and packaging costs. It is the training and support that takes up the bulk of the total costs. We pass the savings to you in a


form of lower investment costs by taking out the training cost. We free our trainers of valuable time and the costs of room and equipments set aside for the training purposes and the administrative costs to co-ordinate all attendees’ attendance. The training videos will ensure a consistent training standard set by the management, which we can’t control when left to different trainers.

Learn the software at your convenience. Your staff need not leave the company to attend the training. All the steps required to carry out the accounting work are recorded in the videos so that no one misses out any instructions. You need not incur additional costs to send new staff for re-trainings. There are two handy manuals available to help you gain maximum benefits from your Realtimme software. If you enrol in one of our training courses, you automatically receive a free manual. How do you charge for re-training?

When we go on-site, where you provide the equipment and facility, we charge a flat rate per hour S$200.00 up to 2 students (do not include courseware and any transport expenses). When we provide the equipment and/or facility we charge $150 per student per hour (plus courseware with a 6 student maximum). When classes exceed 6 students, we bring a second instructor - contact us for a proposal.

What will each student that attends the class receive?

Each student will receive courseware for the applicable software that can be used after the class as reference material. Every student will have access to the instructor for follow-up questions after the class (free for 30 days).

What equipment is needed for the class?

For one-on-one training sessions a single computer that meets the software's requirements is needed. For classroom training a computer for each student and the instructor is needed, plus an LCD projector with screen, whiteboard or flip-chart.
