- 2. Recommended download speed: 10Mbps.

- 4. For users using Apple Mac OS, you would need to purchase Parallel, and Microsoft Windows OS license (at least Microsoft Windows 10) to run Realtimme Cloud.
- 5. If you have anti-virus program installed in all your users' computers, please set exclusion ( please watch video here ) in it to enhance speed performance or temporary disable memory resident program.
